The Control4 system enables seamless management of lighting, louvres, irrigation, audio visual, and security – all from sleek on-wall keypads, in-wall touch panels, and smart remotes.

The access control system extends beyond the front door, offering garage door, vehicle gate, and pedestrian gate control – all integrated for extra security and convenience. Surveillance cameras positioned throughout the property can be monitored remotely from anywhere in the world via a secure internet connection, offering peace of mind whether home or away. From acoustically treated cinema experiences to resort-style outdoor entertaining, every detail of this home has been elevated through thoughtful integration and a commitment to both luxury and lifestyle.
