Designed by Joe Adsett Architects and built by Graya, this pre-war Queenslander renovation sits amongst the leafy streets and rolling hills of Paddington, Brisbane. Our team have seamlessly bound state of the art smart home technology into the unique architecture of this truly ‘one of a kind’ home.

Dubbed ‘Arcos’ (Spanish for arches), this project embodies luxurious curves, features bold archways and a rendered concrete interior to best draw on its Spanish Revival influences.

The Arcos Villa has taken out all three Master Builders Australia awards for its category:⁠ Regional, State and National.
