We were renovating and needed to fix some issues with our existing audio-visual equipment that we had purchased elsewhere. Damian and his team, both utilizing the equipment we had, and upgrading things we needed gave us the most fabulous system that was efficient, user-friendly and cost efficient.

—Julie, Yeronga When we bought our new home last year my husband and I were very keen to install a plasma TV. We were novices in this field having never owned one before and with so many ways to go about this (buy and install yourselves, big chain stores who install, smaller companies) we were unsure as to which would be the best way to go. We had friends who had used the service of Damian and the crew at Electronic Living and they recommended them wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Particularly they recommended the “people” not just the “product”.
So we rang Damian and from the very beginning found him to be accommodating to our every request – not only was he happy to come late afternoon so that my husband was home but he was happy to come back and go through things again when we had areas we were unclear on. Although I was still unsure of a few things I went with Damian’s suggestions as he is the expert and certainly this was the right decision. We now have the system installed and working wonderfully. Damian’s suggestion of a SONOS audio system (which we had never heard of) was fantastic and has been the source of much enjoyment when we entertain. The children enjoy having the Wii games linked within the system seamlessly and available easily (when Mum allows!) We have a number of wall mounted TVs and a large amount of cabling that was done to accommodate the system and the men who installed it worked quietly and with minimal disruption to the house. They always tidied up at the end of the day and they were so very pleasant to have about the house. In fact the children were so fond of them that they often ask “When will …. come back?” and when we see the Electronic Living truck out and about they say “Look there is …’s truck!” Such was the caliber of Damian’s staff that they would make the time to listen and answer the inquisitive questions that came their way.
Finally I must make comment on the after-service of Damian and his team. They have a 24 hour on-call member of staff who we have had to use on occasion when… we had our first blackout after the system was installed and needed to reboot, we had a memory blank in how to run something etc…. They are available, pleasant and were able to solve the problem on the spot. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate in suggesting you use Electronic Living for your entertainment needs.

We could never be sure they were working to optimum performance, when items had to be replaced, how to install/choose them, and how to match them. Then we met Damian at Electronic Living.
They knew which new products were reputable, which were obsolete and how they would interact with each other (old with new) and their crowning achievement, after hiding the clutter of ugly boxes and wires so that our room only housed the speakers and screen (on the wall), was to dispense with six remotes and replace them with one, which includes Foxtel IQ2.
We could then all effortlessly use this intelligent Remote, after two minutes of instruction, from anywhere in the house ie especially good for sound level control for the surround sound equipment.
