Energy Management
- Each apartment can boast its own energy data logger for each power circuit to monitor the carbon usage and cost. This can simply be accessed via an iPad or via PC or MAC on the apartments distributed internet connection. We can also track your Gas and water usage with the same device. If the building has Solar power we can display the information in the foyer for all occupiers to see how really smart their building is.
- Electronic Living can engineer and design a Greenstar accredited energy saving initiative, with common area lighting connected to a smart lighting control system that tracks daylight and uses sensors and intelligent time clock to limit body corporate energy bills and maintenance.
