Users can see availabilities and simply book a convenient time...directly from their high resolution command point.
- Control of individual and multiple lighting circuits and lighting scenes can be triggered from central command point.
- Turn up the volume of your music distribution system or mute as you take a mobile phone call. If you are lounging around it’s even possible to have the same functionality of the wall mounted control on your mobile device such as an iPad via the app!
- A Smart wiring infrastructure can be pre-installed so that you can take advantage of connected devices such as Smart TV’s, Pay TV boxes music streamers and the like. Along with reliable hardwired devices we also provide wireless access points for mobile devices, this tends to be difficult in highly built up areas where there are over typically 50+ wireless networks playing with the same air space. Electronic Living will survey the site during construction to find an appropriate location for an access point and during commissioning we will provide channel clearance between apartments to limit potential annoying drop-outs.
- All outlets are run in a start configuration so that any service such as a telephone can be patched in to any location.
- With the price of flat panel TV’s now so low, video sharing to others rooms can be achieved enabling a scenario such as recording on one room and playing back in another, this also lessens the need for cluttered DVD and PayTV boxes under each TV. The result is an on-demand entertainment selection in keeping with the minimalist look of the apartment.
