Access Control and Intercom
- With medium to higher end apartments, we can integrate a central colour touchscreen control in each apartment that can interface with the intercom & access control system. This eliminates multiple wall mounted controls such as A/C, lighting & Intercom’s enabling control through one consistent, easy to use command point.
- Lifts can interface with a visitors call and can permit travel all the way to the apartment with ease.
- Owners can present a secure key fob to each reader to access all the way to their individual apartment. This makes bringing shopping in especially easy!
- Long-range proximity fobs (similar to E-tags) can be attached to cars upon entry to the carpark enabling hands free, secure entry.
- Closed loop detection senses cars as they leave the carpark.
